Will I Receive Email Support & If So How Quickly Can I Expect A Reply?
Yes! I am always available via email at email@example.com I will always get back to you within 24 hours of receiving an email! Most likely this will be much shorter.
Will My Meal Plan Be Personalized To My Likes/Dislikes/Allergies?
Yes! If you sign up for my Personalized Meal Plan, you will have multiple food preferences option in the Questionnaire that will allow you to choose the foods you want included. This ensures you aren’t stuck with anything you don’t like. Don’t enjoy fish? No problem!! Want Steak? I got you covered!
When doing a Nutrition Program (i.e. Personalized Meal Plan) can I have a snack if I get hungry?
This can vary greatly from person to person. If your goal is to “Cut Down” then any extra calories you consume that weren’t accounted for in your plan can set you back from your goal. If your goal is to "Bulk Up" then extra snacks won’t be as detrimental as they will further along your goal of weight/muscle gain. Having too many of these “snacks” however can lead to excess fat gain on a bulk.
Do I need access to a gym in order to do your programs?
For the All In One Transformation Package and the Personalized Training Program, a gym membership or extensive at-home gym equipment is required. My plans are made assuming you have access to standard gym equipment. If you aren't looking for fitness coaching and are only wanting a trainer for nutrition then the Maconutrient Coaching Program or Personalized Fixed Meal Plan would be the best option for you and would not require access to a gym.
Can I build muscle and lose fat at the same time?
In order to lose fat you have to be in a caloric deficit (take in less calories than you burn) while in order to build muscle you have to be in a caloric surplus (take in more calories than you burn). Therefore, doing both at the same time is not an effective approach. If you are a beginner, you may be able to lose some fat while building muscle, vice versa but you should always have 1 primary goal.
How and when will I get my personalized program after I have payed for it?
Once all documents (Questionnaire and Informed Consent) have been submitted and payment has been made, you will receive a PDF version of your selected service (meal plan and/or workout program etc.) via email within 3-5 business days. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with something, one revision will be allowed within a week of receiving your program or plan free of charge.
How long is a Personalized Training Program good for?
Generally the Personalized Training Programs are good for an 8-12 week block. Depending on your progression, volume and fatigue, I recommend running a "de-load" week after 8-12 weeks. Following the "de-load", you can run another 8-12 week block with the same programming and principles but substitute in different exercises & rep schemes if you've hit a plateau.
